This recipe is the basis for all the
other variations. It may be taken instead of breakfast providing for

recommend a topping of freshly ground cinnamon which helps modulate
insulin levels along with a tablespoon of freshly ground flaxseeds.
These must be ground daily to stop the oxidation of biologically
sensitive oils.

One tablespoon of Hira Omega
Oil Complex
Half a cup of yoghurt,
1dessertspoon of cottage cheese( sulphur
based protein)
Half a cup of fruit pulp (passionfruit,
mango, apricot, feijoa etc)
Half a banana
1 tsp of Spirulina ( suitable for thyroid
problems)
Blend using one of those simple handheld
blenders.
